Terms & Conditions – E-voting Giveaway Prize Draw

1. The promoter is Print Image Network Ltd trading as UK Engage (company no. 4009079) whose registered office is at Image House, 10 Acorn Business Park, Heaton Lane, Stockport SK4 1AS
2. The competition is open to organisations who have been invited by UK Engage and are believed to run democratic processes such as elections, polls, ballots or AGMs.
3. There is no entry fee required to enter this prize draw offer.
4. By entering this prize draw offer the individual is agreeing to these terms and conditions.
5. Multiple entrants (individuals) are allowed from the same organisation. However, the prize draw offer applies to the organisation the entrants represent.
6. Closing date for entry (i.e. updating communications preferences) will be 25 May 2018. After this date no further entries to the prize draw offer will be permitted.
7. The election, poll, ballot or AGM must happen during 2018.
8. The prize draw offer includes a voting member list of up to 20,000 votes including multi contest elections. The votes cannot be used over separate elections.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10. UK Engage reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by UK Engage.

12. Any e-voting elements of an election, ballot, poll or AGM (i.e. votes cast through our electronic voting system)
13. The number of eligible members for the election is capped at 20,000 votes.
14. The prize draw offer excludes other associated electronic elements such as nomination, voting or reminder emails, electronic nominations, or our electronic election member hub.
15. The prize draw offer relates to our standard e-voting platform and voting methods i.e. First Past the Post and Single Transferable Vote.
16. The winning organisation will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by UK Engage
17. The winner will be notified by email within 28 (working) days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
18. UK Engage’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw offer will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. In the interests of inclusion, the offer applies to all respondents, regardless of the marketing communication choice made (opt-in/opt-out). Everyone who completes the form will be entered into the prize draw offer.
20. No monetary or product substitute shall be offered as an alternative
