Clients are more than satisfied with UK Engage’s voting services

Election services provider, UK Engage, has released the results of its 2017 customer satisfaction survey. Having improved consistently over the last few years, the independent scrutineer scored an outstanding 99% satisfaction rating for the way it administers ballots and elections, and for its improved range of online voting services.

Feedback of voting services

Customers from across the UK were issued the online survey. This was available to access throughout July and August 2017. Customers were asked to provide feedback ranging from general satisfaction and bench marking against other similar companies.
