2013 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
UK Engage, the fastest growing provider of electoral support services to non-government organisations, today announced the results of its 2013 Customer Satisfaction survey.
As part of its commitment to continuous improvements to its service UK Engage conducted the annual survey amongst its UK customer base to determine if its service remains at a consistent level to that achieved in 2012. The e-survey was sent to customers in September 2013 and the company was pleased to get responses back from customers within key markets such as the health and housing sectors.
As a holder of the Customer Service Excellence standard UK Engage must ensure that service levels are above 90% each year, the standard puts particular focus on delivery, timeliness, professionalism and staff attitude. UK Engage were pleased that all answers exceeded the target. The survey responses provided feedback on service elements such as contact with the team, service and products, and how customers compared us to other service providers.
Steve Power, Services Director at UK Engage said of the results “It’s encouraging to see that our customers appreciate us just as much as we value them, it’s an outstanding testament to the commitment our staff shows at excelling in customer service. We received some excellent comments from customers who wanted to thank us for helping them run successful elections.” He continued, “It’s our objective to continue to provide good customer service and build strong relationships with our customers.”
UK Engage were pleased with the results and plan to communicate them to our clients. Particular highlights of the survey results were:
- Overall satisfaction had increased by 5%
- Satisfaction in relation to the design and presentation of election materials (i.e. good to excellent) rose 31% from 2012
- 100% of customers would recommend the company
